Mr. Marshall earned his Juris Doctorate after graduating from Seton Hall University School of Law with honors in 1992. He served as a Prosecutor in the Borough of Matawan and the Township of Hazlet before dedicating himself entirely to the practice of criminal defense. During his distinguished career, Mr. Marshall has successfully defended thousands of clients charged with offenses involving: drugs, assault, theft, driving under the influence, domestic violence, sex crimes, and motor vehicle violations. He is certified to maintain and operate the Alcotest Breathalyzer and to administer Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, both of which are considered integral components of most New Jersey DWI prosecutions. Due to his established track record of success, Mr. Marshall is regularly called upon to consult for newspapers such as the Starledger, as well as networks such as CNBC, and television shows such as Law and Order and House. Regardless of his acclaim, Mr. Marshall considers client engagement the most rewarding and important part of his job, regularly providing free consultations and continuing to work “in the trenches” of the legal system on a regular basis.
